Windows - Help! My screen turned grayscale
Don't panic. You accidentally pressed the keyboard shortcut for Windows 10 Color filters. The default filter is Grayscale (there are others).
Press: Control + Windows + C
Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Color & high contrast.
